Sophie's Takeover 3

Hi Everyone,
Sophie again.
As this is our last day at #TheWVB for 2020, I thought I should do a little message from me to you about the website.
First thing first.
With the latest UK government announcement about Northamptonshire being placed into Tier 4, some reassurance where I can...
#TheWVB will still be able to fulfill your online orders, no matter the tiers.
So, if you're new to the website, welcome!
If you're reading this blog, you can comment below and I'll answer as soon as I can. It can be about anything - though nothing rude please.
Any feedback about website functionality or any questions about products - I'll do my best to answer and share with the rest of our community.
Chance is - if you think it, so does someone else!

Next up...

This blog and our Facebook lives with Linda will be keeping you updated about the shop and its physical opening hours over the next few weeks. If you haven't followed #TheWVB on Facebook yet, give it a try!

With the current climate, it pays to be organised. If any of your orders are gifts, remember you can add the 'Gift Wrap' option to your order. It is FREE, but it will tell us that you'd like it wrapped our very best and with added ribbons etc.

On this note...

We will fulfil the orders as we always have. But whether you live near or far, please bare in mind that the postal service may take a little longer for your goodies to reach their destination.

If you live within a 5 mile radius of #TheWVB, Bob will be able to deliver to your home address personally. If this applies to you, make sure you select the drop off option (or you can choose to pick up from the shop door too!).

From me, I would like to say a great big THANK YOU.

For your patience so far on this journey. It's more than a full time job, so I've been going as fast as I can to make this website into something that works and looks nice for you all. I'll never be finished, but your patience really is appreciated.

For your feedback, the website looks very different to what it did just a few months ago. I think it's the best yest. But keep it coming. Any ideas as well? I'd love to hear them and make #TheWVB website more interactive for you.

For your support. I know lots of our customers are new to shopping online. It was a big learning curve for us both. So for every order I've helped process or pick or pack, thank you for choosing #TheWVB.

Happy New Year to you. Speak again in 2021.

Best wishes always,

p.s. my lovely sunny photo is from 2017, but it's a happy memory from my travels. Where is your favourite place?
